Sam Tridico was born on April 14th, 2006 and had a zest for life that was contagious. In 2010, he was diagnosed with severe Aplastic Anemia. No matter what he encountered, Sam was always bright and Cheerful. During his treatment Sam received 16 Red Cell and 26 Platelet transfusions.
