Bull Escapes Slaughter And Runs Wild Through New York City

A bull managed to have a few hours of freedom after escaping from a slaughter house in Queens, New York. The bull escaped around 11 a.m. and kept police at bay until it was sedated and cornered in a backyard near 158th street. The NYPD confirmed that the bull died from the tranquilizers. The 1,000 pound animal knocked off the door to a car and scared some people in its pursuit of freedom, but luckily no one was hurt.  The Skylands Animal Sanctuary in New Jersey had offered to take in the bull before it's demise.
