The “Welcome to Mansfield” Silos have been repainted and repaired. Mansfield City Council approved $22,000 to repaint and repair the sign, which is located on the North side of town, back in May. Councilman Cliff Mears says that Centerra owns the silos and is spending over $800,000 into the facility. Council felt this is the right time to spruce up the sign. Mears said it really is a landmark entering Mansfield.
