City Of Ashland In The Middle Of A Major Road Project

The City of Ashland is currently going through a major repaving project. According to richlandsource.com, the project was scheduled by the Ohio Department of Transportation with construction beginning August 12th. The project is expected to be completed in October with a total cost of costs $2 million, but the city’s share of the cost is $700,000. The main roads involved in this project are Center Street, Cottage Street, and East Main Street from Claremont Avenue almost all the way to US-42. Another pavement rehabilitation the US-250 Bypass has been announced to take place in 2020.
