Clear Creek Township – Troopers are investigating a serious injury crash involving a 2008 Honda motorcycle that occurred on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at approximately 1257 hours on US 250 near County Road 500 in Ashland County.
A 2008 Honda motorcycle was traveling south-eastbound on US 250 when the driver went left of center and overturned on its side. The driver of the motorcycle was ejected.
The driver of the Honda motorcycle sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash and was life-flighted by Metro Life-Flight to Akron City Hospital. The driver was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
One lane of US 250 was closed for approximately an hour and a half.
Other agencies assisting at the crash scene were: The Ashland County Sheriff’s Office, Savannah Fire & EMS, and ODOT.
The crash is currently under investigation.
