Madison Trustees Hoping For Grant To Remove Toxic Substance From Site

The Madison Township Trustees are looking for grants to help in the cleanup at the site of the former fire station on Express view Drive, where a toxic substance was found.

According to RichlandSource.com, the Trustees this week approved $3,000 to cover the area with heavy duty plastic.

The total cost to remove the substance will be between, $60,000 - $75,000.The Trustees are hoping for a state or federal grant to help cover the cost.
