Mansfield mayor Tim Theaker said his office is reviewing more than $32 million in requests for COVID-19 relief funds from the federal government
.Mansfield, however, is only receiving $22 million from the America Rescue plan. City Council on Tuesday night voted to approve in accepting the funds. City Council At-Large member Stephanie Zader told RichlandSource.com, she hopes there will be multiple city council and public meetings to get ideas on how the money can be spent and invested.
