The Richland County Commissioners recently had a discussion with Richland County Juvenile Court Judge Steve McKinley, which according to RichlandSource.com, turned a bit heated.

The argument was over was pay increases for some of the top juvenile court employees, which the commissioners previously questioned as to why the courts leaders did not include it in their budget for this year.

The Commissioners did approve pay raises for deputy clerks and some other court employees to help them retain current staff, after one court official said their turnover rate was 75 to 80% earlier this year.
