Shelby City Council Vote On Cannabis Legislation, Planned For Feb 20th

In Shelby, City Council has postponed their vote on legislation, prohibiting cannabis operators within the city limits.

RichlandSource.com reports, Councilman, Nathan Martin, mentioned the reason for the delay, because they are still receiving additional information about the legislation. The vote is planned for February 20th and if passed, Shelby would join other communities in North Central Ohio, Lexington and Ashland, banning marijuana commercial operations in town.
