2 Arrested, Charges Of Drug Possession and Trafficking In Crawford County

On March 17, 2024, the Crawford County Sheriff's Office and METRICH Enforcement Unit executed a narcotics search warrant at 519 W. Charles St., Bucyrus, Ohio 44820. The search warrant came at the conclusion of a multi-month investigation into illegal Percocet pills being obtained from Michigan and being brought back to Crawford County, being sold and used from the property along with other locations.

Arrested were Jilliann Moore age, 23 and Storm Penix age, 28. Jilliann was the target of the investigation for trafficking in Percocets. Deputies seized approximately 90 Percocet pills, currency, firearms, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia from the residence.

Jillian and Storm were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center. Jilliann is facing charges for drug possession and trafficking in drugs, along other drug related charges. Reports will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor's Office for consideration of additional charges. Storm was later released, pending possible charges at a later date.

This case is still under investigation by the detectives from the Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Scott Kent and Lt.
