Sheriff J. Steve Sheldon today announced the 2024 “Employee of the year” recipients for distinguished service in their respected divisions. Also, there were employees who were recognized and issued prestigious Buckeye State Sheriff Association (BSSA) awards who demonstrated exceptional service. Their awards meet the criteria of the BSSA which include enhancing public safety by their actions. “These extraordinary individuals exemplify the very best of what it means to serve the public. I am proud of all the employees of the Sheriff’s Office and the outstanding job they do every day.
