In Mifflin Township, a 21 year old man has been arrested for attempted murder, after he allegedly stabbed a man in the head on Sunday.
According to RichlandSource.com, the incident happened inside of an apartment on Koogle Road around 10 am, where Richland County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched in reference to a mental health incident.
Bond has been set at $100,000 for Quincey Courts, who was taken into custody following a foot chase by a highway patrol trooper and Sheriff's Deputy. He ran across the northbound lanes of I-71, but fell to the ground, while attempting to cross the metal wire divider.
The victim stabbed was taken to the hospital in Mansfield, before being transported to a Columbus hospital. No update has been given on their condition and the identity of the victim has not been released
