Three men from Dayton were arrested in Richland County on Saturday night, after a high speed chase with speeds reaching over 100 MPH.
According to RichlandSource.com, Police in Kent issued an alert to be on the lookout for a black SUV in connection to a shooting in Portage County.
A highway patrol trooper in Ashland County spotted the vehicle on I-71, just after 9:30 pm. The trooper pulled the vehicle over, but then took off down I-71.
The SUV reached Mansfield and then took State Route 39 into Shelby, where they hit a culvert turning into a business on Route 39. A rifle was found inside of the vehicle, according to the Ashland Post of the Highway Patrol. No injuries were reported. The case is being reviewed by the Ashland County Prosecutor's Office.
