Changes to 3 Voting Locations for Nov 4th Election in Richland County

The Richland County Board of Elections would like to announce important changes to three voting locations for the upcoming General Election on November 4th, 2025, and all future elections.

Please note the following updates to polling locations:

The first change affects voters in MAN 5A & 6B precincts:

Old Location:

SC Events Center, 417 Orange St, Mansfield 44902

New Location:

Eastbrook Center-Ram Booster Bingo Hall, 720 5th Ave Rear, Mansfield 44905

The following change affects the voters in the MAD D precinct:

Old Location:

McElroy RD Church of Christ, 297 N. McElroy Rd, Mansfield 44905

New Location:

Eastbrook Center-Ram Booster Bingo Hall, 720 5th Ave Rear, Mansfield 44905

The following change affects the voters in the MAD I precinct:

Old Location:

Lincoln Heights Baptist Church, 512 N Stewart Rd, Mansfield 44905

New Location:

McElroy RD Church of Christ, 297 N McElroy Rd, Mansfield 44905

The following change affects the voters in the MAD E & MAD O precincts:

Old Location:

Lincoln Heights Baptist Church, 512 N Stewart Rd, Mansfield 44905

New Location:

Eastbrook Center-Ram Booster Bingo Hall, 720 5th Ave Rear, Mansfield 44905

Voters in these precincts will receive notification by mail regarding their new polling location name and address. We do not anticipate any further revisions unless an emergency situation arises.

We encourage all voters to take advantage of Ohio’s early voting opportunities. Key dates and information for the November 4th election include:

* Absentee Ballot Request Deadline: 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28th.

* Absentee Ballot Return: Ballots must be postmarked by November 3rd, or dropped off at the Richland County Board of Elections (1495 W. Longview Ave., Suite 101 in Mansfield) or in the secure dropbox at the rear, lower-level parking area of the Longview Center. We recommend submitting mail-in ballots as early as possible.

* Early In-Person Voting: Begins on October 7th at 1495 W. Longview Ave., lower-level. This is also when absentee/mail ballots will begin to be mailed out. Early in-person voting concludes on Sunday, November 2nd, at 5 p.m.

* Election Day Hours: On November 4th, 2025, polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
