Former Fire Chief Indicted by Ashland County Grand Jury

A former fire chief in Ashland County has been indicted on 34 counts by an Ashland County Grand Jury.

According to AshlandSource.com, Brandon Mosher, 37, was arrested last year in August on charges related to an investigation into alleged crimes against children.

Court documents show the alleged offenses took place in Ashland County from May of 2013 through August of 2025.

The former chief of the Polk Jackson Perry Fire District is due in court on March 3rd.
