Jordan Tackett was named the new executive director of the Richland County Park District in the summer of 2025, and shares all about the organization, which started back in 1965. Jordan helps manage over 1,000 acres in Richland County, where right now they have 10 properties. Gorman Nature Center and the Richland B&O Trail are among the properties that many people know. Jordan is just the 4th director of the Richland County Park District. Tackett was born in Bellville, went to Clear Fork and served in the Air Force.
