Ashland Fire Inspector: Miller Street Property Unsafe

A property on Miller Street in Ashland has been deemed unsafe by an Ashland Fire Inspector.

City Council took action earlier this month, according to AshlandSource.com, to pursue remediation of the abandoned industrial property, which the owner is from Florida.

Ashland mayor, Matt Miller, said, the property is at 610 Miller Street has multiple structurally deficient buildings, two of which have collapsed. There is also a large number of trailers and junk stored on the property.

The city of Ashland has made repeated efforts over the weeks, months and years to contact the owner.
