Two Men Arrested in Crawford County for Drug Possession

On May 25, 2026 at 0929 hrs., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office concluded a narcotic investigation by conducting a traffic stop on a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan on S.R 100 near Monnett New Winchester Rd. The driver was later identified as Nathan Brady, age 46, who was the target of the investigation. The passenger was identified as Waylon James age, 35.

Deputies discovered approximately 56 grams of methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia and currency during the traffic stop.

Nathan Brady and Waylon James were both transported to the Crawford County Justice Center without incident and are being held on charges of Possession of Drugs F2.

Reports will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.
