Dan McNaull General Manager of Firelands Electric Cooperative Dan McNaull became General Manger of Firelands Electric Cooperative in January of 2018. His tenure at Firelands began in 1991 when he was elected to the Board of Trustees. In 2000, he was elected Board President and served in that capacity until 2017 when he left the board to become a candidate for the manager’s position.

Previously, Dan along with his brother and two cousins owned and operated Ashland Implement, Inc., a farm and lawn and garden equipment dealership. Born and raised in Ashland, Dan proudly asserts that he is a person who hasn’t gone far, as he has lived his entire life on the McNaull 1815 homestead farm.

Dan attended Ashland City Schools, North Central State College and The Ohio State University. Dan is a member of the Ashland Dickey Church of the Brethren where he serves as a deacon, is on the church board and is chairman of the Cemetery Commission.

He is also Chairman of the Montgomery Township Zoning Commission, is on the Board of Directors and is a past board president for Farmers State Bank and is a member of the Ashland Young Men’s Business Club. Professionally, he is on the Board of Directors for Buckeye Power and is a past director for the Ohio Rural Electric Cooperatives.

Dan and his wife Debbie have two adult daughters Christy and Kelly, and two grandchildren.
