Pro-tactile ASL, a new human language, has gained recognition lately from a special group of people in Washington state.
This community is both blind and deaf and has struggled with communication, until figuring out how to apply sign language and touch together. For those unable to see and hear, language becomes stripped of societal layers and becomes more humanized.
