Following his arrest on Tuesday, suspect Eric Holder has officially been charged with the murder of Nipsey Hussle. According to the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, 29-year-old Holder will be charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon after he allegedly gunned down the rapper outside his Marathon Clothing store on Sunday.Billboardconfirms that the criminal complaint also cites allegations that Holder used a firearm and caused significant bodily injury and death to Hussle. Holder entered a not guilty plea at his Thursday arraignment. He's currently being held without bail and, if convicted, faces a possible maximum life sentence.
