Man Throws, Catches Fire Sword 64 Times in 1 Minute for Record

A man with more than 100 Guinness World Records to his name achieved his latest feat by throwing and catching a fire sword 64 times in one minute. UPI reports that David Rush performed the stunt at Camp Perkins in Idaho, beating the previous record of 62 catches. In a bid to raise awareness of STEM education, Rush has taken home other titles, including stuffing 146 blueberries in his mouth and popping 200 balloons in 14.77 seconds with a nail. While practicing for the stunt, Rush said he once dropped a lit sword on the stage, which caught fire briefly before he stamped the flames out.
