It looks like we will have to wait a bit longer until we can visit the Happiest Place on Earth.
Disneyland originally had plans to reopen on July 17 but company officials announced Wednesday that the opening date would be pushed back.
The park said they are postponing the reopening date because the state of California will not release theme park reopening guidelines until after July 4.
"The State of California has now indicated that it will not issue theme park reopening guidelines until sometime after July 4. Given the time required for us to bring thousands of cast members back to work and restart our business, we have no choice but to delay the reopening of our theme parks and resort hotels until we receive approval from government officials," Disneyland said in a statement.
There was no new reopening date given by the park.
